USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Surfaces must be clean from dust, loose particles and oil stains.
Moisten dry surfaces with water mist to ensure a faster curing time and better end results.
Attach the spray applicator onto the tip of the foam gun. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Hold the foam can in an upright position with the valve up. Screw the can onto the gun. Hold the can upside down when extruding the foam. Foam output can be adjusted with gun trigger and adjustment screw. Rotate the spray applicator as needed.
Apply the foam from approx. 40 cm distance. One foam layer’s thickness is max. 2 cm. Wait at least 60 min before applying the next layer. Number of layers is not limited. When applying foam in layers, moisten slightly between each layer. Excess foam can be cut off after it has fully cured.
Do not aim the gun at people. Avoid screwing the can onto the gun with valve upside down. Do not screw the gun to the can. Do not bend or turn the can during screwing.
TIPS
Air temperature during use: +10°C to +30°C.
Protect adjacent surfaces with paper, plastic film or other suitable material.
Due to the wide variety of construction materials, we recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
Working at low temperatures, the foam can must be prewarmed to room temperature (around +20°C).
LIMITATIONS
Does not adhere to polyethylene (PE) or PTFE (Teflon®) or silicone surfaces.
Do not use at temperatures below +10°C.
Although the cured foam is less sensitive to UV and direct sunlight than other PU foams, it is still recommended to cover it with a suitable opaque material.
Do not cover before foam has fully cured.
Spray applicator is compatible with most foam guns. Always check compatibility before choosing the foam gun.
