Backorders
Where an item is temporarily unavailable or the delivery time likely to significantly exceed that advertised, customers will be notified before payment has been deducted. We do NOT apply further carriage charges for back orders.
Goods Returns Policy
Please inform us if you are going to return items so that we can advise accordingly. We cannot be responsible for carriage charges for returned items. We can usually arrange for collection at a charge of £12 UK mainland. Goods for exchange must be unused. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Abrasives cut or specially made to order cannot be exchanged or credited.
Quality
Our range is of the highest quality and technical standard available today. If you are dissatisfied in any way, or simply if you have wrongly chosen, get in touch with us, we will be happy to sort it out with you. On occasions, we might need to substitute products of an equivalent or better quality to fulfill an order.
VAT
VAT is INCLUDED in our and website prices at the prevailing rate. Orders placed by customers exempt from VAT (ie outside Europe, or European VAT registered Companies) will be invoiced accordingly.
