For sanding curves and contours without digging in

Interface pads fit  between the hard face of the sanders pad, and the rear of the abrasive disc, so as to make a spongy, soft and pliable backing to the sander disc. They have a velcro surface on one side, and velours on the other. Use them when doing work such as final finishing and very fine sanding of auto panels, such as going through to P4000 grit before final polishing, or where you are sanding convex or concave surfaces with coarser grit discs, thus avoiding either digging in from the edge of the pad, or excessive flatting on a convex surface. These are made by Flexipads, so you can be assured of the quality.
