Velour Backed For Handblocks
White or yellow coloured aluminium oxide sandpaper sheets for hand and machine sanding of wood, fillers, decorating materials and metals. This velour backed sheet fits the 70mm x 125mm handblocks helping you to get a nice flat surface with sharp edges. It is the most popular choice for painters & decorators who prefer a fairly rigid sheet. Known as 'Production Paper' to the car body trade and 'Cabinet Paper' to woodworkers. Aluminium oxide makes it suitable for all types of wood, especially the resinous types, wood, mineral bases composites, glass fibre, fillers and finishes. For fine denibbing between coats, however a more flexible silicon carbide sheet is preferable. If you just want one abrasive to take you through a whole variety of jobs, this one is the one to choose.
