Micro fine silicone carbide Wet 'n Dry sandpaper. This dark grey/black waterproof sandpaper is used for very fine finishing of hard lacquers, car paint, varnishes, glass, metals and other very hard finishes. It is a silicone carbide abrasive, meaning it is very sharp so it works quickly, and is on a latex backed sheet so can be used wet, which is best where possible so that the dust forms a slurry which can be wiped away rather than clog the abrasive. It has a lightweight backing so is very flexible and its latex content means it will not tear easily.
